Shipping Details

📦 Delivery Charges: Rs. 100/-
🚚 Free Delivery: For orders over Rs. 1550/-

• Order Processing: Orders received on Sundays and Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Delivery Time: 5 to 7 working days (excluding Saturdays & Sundays). During peak seasons, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
• Order Confirmation: For new customers, orders are confirmed via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return window from the date you receive your order. Products must be:
✅ Unused, unworn, and unwashed with original packaging.
✅ In a resellable condition (no damage or missing accessories).
❌ Non-returnable items: Custom orders and products used for over a month are not eligible for return.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. Such products can be returned within 3 days for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original packaging.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to availability and apply to size, color, or product changes.
• Replacement Charges: Rs. 350/- (covers courier costs for two-way delivery).
• Customers must pack the product properly for return collection.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Refunds are issued via bank transfer within 2-4 working days after product inspection.
• Non-Refundable Charges: Delivery charges (Rs. 100) are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product).

Return Shipping

• Customers bear the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
• Qadeer Collection is not liable for items lost during return transit.

Refund Without Return

In rare cases, we may issue a refund based on tracking details without waiting for the actual return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?

2️⃣ Our customer support team will review your request and confirm the next steps.
3️⃣ Pack the item in its original condition and hand it over to the courier.
